The Kansas City Royals wrapped up the draft by selecting 13 high school players with its final 20 picks. Kansas City selected 20 college players of its 27 picks on Wednesday.
Combining a pair of 6-foot-6 and a pair of 6-7 pitchers already assigned to Idaho Falls, the Royals selected three 6-6 pitchers and a 6-6 first baseman, giving them a hell of a pickup basketball team.
